Riverside Park in Horley, Surrey, is walking distance from home and can be quite pretty at times. I noticed a couple of days earlier that the catkins and goat willow were abundant and that the blackthorn blossom looked good. My plan was to take Macro close-ups of particular parts of the plants to highlight their beauty.
Some of the interesting bits in this park are alongside the cycle and foot path that leads from the edge of Horley through to Gatwick, while several other interesting angles are dotted around the lake in the middle of the park.
I took several types of Catkins, the Goat Willow, Blackthorn Blossom, some Canada Geese on the lake and a couple of nesting Greylag Geese.
