Having not got out and about for quite a while, a sunny Sunday morning drew me into finding a local sport for a walk and a bit of photography.
Walton Heath is not far up the road from us and I knew that several footpaths existed through the woodlands, so I headed off there with a plan to capture any remaining autumn colour and hopefully a good angle with one of the paths leading into the distance in the photo.
I enjoyed my morning out, though I am sure I could do better in this type of setting if I had better knowledge on the techniques required for shade, light and detail. It's an rea of photography I need to continue to explore and to read about with a view to improving so that the images I capture match those I start out with in my head.
